What can i say about Joe that you don't already know? He was a loving husband, dad & grandad and was so proud of his grandkids all 10 of them!!
He liked nothing better than pottering about in the garden making things or going fishing.
He was only 61 when he passed away which is still young and we miss him so much and have so many unanswered questions.
We love you Joe and will never forget you. Hope your not driving the angels to mad in your great big shed in the sky!!!!

Hiya Joe,its been nearly 6 months since you passed away and although it feels like a long time it feels like yesterday too!!! Does'nt make sense i know. Hope your doin ok. Vanessa is asking lots of queations now,i think she realises your not coming home from hospital! She is full of why's! I can't give her all the answers cos i just dont know myself. Hi Joe. Hows it going up there? Bet you've got the best shed in heaven!! We put the christmas tree up yesterday. The kids loved doing it. It felt weird knowing that you wont be here though! It just won't be the same christmas morning without you coming round to see the kids & hearing you get as excited as them over there presents. I'm going to church on christmas eve & i'm going to light a candle for you i know it does'nt seem much but i don't know what else to do?? Its been just over a month now Joe since you've been gone. It still seems like a dream that we need to wake up from. We all miss you so much. Vanessa's just had her 2nd birthday and you should have been here to help her celebrate. How do we move on from this?We can't!!! Joe you where Grandfather to my Grandchildren and I know you loved them with all your heart but we also knew you as a friend from the Westfield days you argued with Alan over who was the best at poole well dont tell him I said but it was you Im so sad you got your calling but you are needed somewhere else and theres nothing we can do we have lost yet another good friend

Joe,
I only met you a couple of times but your love and resilience shone through.The last time i saw you, you were getting ready to go fishing, telling me what all the different floats were for, you were happy and doing what you enjoyed with a big smile on your face. I know all your family are missing you greatly and hope they can find peace again, nothing can take away the pain but knowing you are no longer in pain will help them through their journey.
